Are you guys bothered by the fact that I don’t upload art on here anymore? Please tell me, because if I do eventually post something that could be considered “art”, it’s either a quick sketch or a random ass doodle
I like tf2, and before you ask, I don’t animate anymore.

@jthrash @NoahAnimates101 Do you have a private sketchbook that no one besides you knows about? I was recently reminded in tutorials I watched that it’s easier to be creative and come up with new ideas if you have a private sketchbook where you can just quickly draw a bunch of crappy doodles until you come up with one that you want to refine and show off on Newgrounds.
I used to have one, but all the pages have been tampered with, and it’s basically useless - I do plan on getting another soon
I agree with @jthrash . Finished art is better art.

Take your time. I’d rather see finished art instead of a sketch, and so does 99% of the Internet. Also I think Newgrounds tries to discourage uploading quick sketches or Work in Progress (WIP) in the Art Portal, though you can still share it with your followers. Newgrounds is better than Twitter community-wise, but still be prepared for snobs criticizing your quickly-done doodles as if they’re in any way comparable to a Pixar movie.

Thanks for telling me, I probably wouldn’t have known that because I can recall the positive feedback those recent doodles had. But I need focus on stuff I really want to do. What’s been hard was finding a suitable art style, it’s been the same doodle for a while now.
